Good value service
having previously used lookers for my service on my passat and to be honest was not impressed, but it was under warranty, now I use Ron turnbull's and I have found them 1st class, very good value and my car has always been spot on, I tell all my friends about them and the ones that have have used them have also been impressed. An actual VW specialist.
Spot on for fault finding. Don't use next door 'volkswerk' who also claimed to VW/Audi specialist but claimed they weren't electrical specialists. Kinda of baffled me that one and seem to be intent on replacing parts simply on fault code read out not doing an investigation. Ron Turnbulls spent the time to go through it and advised on best course. Prices were also reasonable and don't charge you simply to read codes. Definitely reccommend.

Top class
I took my Audi a6 for repairs to ron turnbull , after Teesside Audi had reported that £900 of repairs were needed after a free check, I phoned the local specialists for some prices and after volkswerk wanted MORE than Teesside Audi, I booked it in at ron turnbulls for the repairs £540 quoted. They had a look at my a6 and I was informed that out of the five items highlighted for repairs only 1 broken coil spring was needed, The brakes were still serviceable , only slight corrosion to the discs , they offered me to take a look at the faults on the hoist which I did and was annoyed at what Audi had reported on (nit picking an understatement ) I would like to thank Ron turnbull and hs staff for been honest as I was prepared to have all the work done, they saved my £780 on what Audi wanted and £420 of there price many thanks, highly recomended

Vw golf
Always get my car serviced here the lads are always friendly and the service is great always willing to go that extra for you well recommend
